GARDEN HISTORY LECTURES: Feb. 7, enjoy a lecture and hot beverage and dessert from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Toronto Botanical Gardens. Donna Bilak will talk about the development of early gardens and how these reflected and influenced the societies that created them. Offered in partnership with Leaside Horticultural Society. ARCHITECTURE: COMMUNITY CENTRED: Until June 13, Harbourfront Centre's architecture gallery presents exhibitions that will educate, challenge and question the thoughts and ideas that inform contemporary architecture. E.R.A. Architects Inc., Public Workshop and du Toit Architects Ltd. have created installations. The exhibition also features an installation of paintings by artist Martha Eleen.
